Table Setting Competition

STI students are challenged with a test of their artistry, accuracy, and strategy in table setting with menu card preparation.

 

The competing teams are tasked to set up a table for two diners with a four-course menu consisting of two appetizers (one hot and one cold), one entrée or main course, one dessert, and beverage accompanied with wine. These attractive table settings will truly make any meal enjoyable.
